Maintenance Process in 4 steps
Need quick changes and smooth updates?
Our maintenance process breaks it down into 4 easy steps, so you stay flexible and always a step ahead.
1
Contractualisation
To get started, you prepay for a number of maintenance days with our company. This means you can use these days for any future needs, just like having a maintenance service package that covers your requirements.
3
Maintenance & Evolutions
We review your request and estimate the number of hours needed to complete it. You then approve the time that will be deducted from your package, and we get started on the updates. We keep you informed at every step of the process.
2
Requests
If you need our maintenance services or want to make changes to your environment, simply submit a request through our client portal. It’s quick and easy—just provide the details of your issue and any relevant information.
4
Summary & Follow Up
Each week, we send you a summary of the maintenance performed and the time used from your prepaid maintenance days. This way, you can easily track how your package is being used and get a clear view of your future maintenance needs.
